在丹麥自己辦年菜 ～十全十美

～～～ 無論身在何處，尤其身處北國的"丹麥"，｢過節｣成為我們朱家用來慶祝的最佳理由，就這樣，我們全家總可以開開心心的過日子。～～～

昨天除夕，受邀於大使官邸圍爐，我們全家打扮的～喜氣洋洋～貴貴氣氣～到官邸作客，以｢紅｣、｢白｣互搭，象徵著｢鴻圖大展｣（紅兔大展｣，當晚，我也秀出我的貴氣新衣裳－貂皮大衣：使館的人，大夥一起慶祝，熱熱鬧鬧、開開心心的一起｢圍爐｣、吃｢年夜飯｣。

今天是大年初一，就得動手自己辦年菜囉！全家總動員，忙進忙出， 一起準備了年菜。
共準備了１０道好彩頭的年菜－｢十｣乃象徵著｢十全十美｣及｢圓滿｣等意義：

1. The 1st dish: Hot-Pot for reunion/第一道菜: 開運團圓鍋　－火鍋
2. The 2nd dish: Longevity Vegetable/第二道菜: 福祿東海 －長年菜
3. The 3rd dish: chicken for presenting blessing/第三道菜： 鳳凰獻瑞－香烤全雞
4. The 4th dish: Fish (May you always get more than you wish for!)／第四道菜：（除夕）年年有餘／（初一）鯉魚躍龍門糖醋魚
5. The 5th dish: Eight-Treasure rice pudding ( Get promotion or become rich) ／第五道菜：八寶飯 (12顆紅棗的八寶飯象徵未來12個月發發發（八＝發)
6. The 6th dish: Home-made dumplings (Our whole family make our own money to bring fortune!)／ 第六道菜: 招財進寶 (生的元寶＝生財＝全家動手做的元寶)／財源滾滾 (滾燙的元寶)
7. The 7th dish: Chinese Turnip (Good Luck)／第七道菜: 好彩頭 (菜頭糕)
8. The 8th dish: Rice cake (Get promotion) ／第八道菜： 步步糕升 (年糕)
9. The 9th dish:Caramel cheese cake (sweet as honey)／第九道菜：如膠似漆、甜甜蜜蜜 (焦糖起司蛋糕）
10.  The 10th dish: Luck Orange (Great fortune and great success!)／第十道菜： 大吉大利

這樣的豐盛的年菜，讓我們全家從初一吃到初三；真是贊的不得了。　︿＿＿︿
